3D Scanning

For organic or complex objects that are difficult to model with typical CAD processes. We can produce accurate digital models of existing real world objects which can either be directly printed or used as a foundation for new parts to be designed.

• Mobile/on-site service available
• We can process raw scan data, which is difficult to adapt and modify in its typical format, into a functional parametric CAD model which can easily be adjusted and modified to suit any requirements you may have.

Bespoke CAD

Consultation service also available to develop an idea or concept into a digital model, using industry standard software (Fusion 360) to build our models.

Existing objects can also be replicated manually in CAD directly where suitable. Ideal for obsolete components that require replacement or applications where a single part of an assembly has failed and it is not financially viable to replace the entire assembly, for example.
